Are the presets instant download?

Yes! All preset collections from Loma Color are available for instant download. After completing your purchase, you will receive the download link via email right away. You can use our presets to edit an unlimited number of photos.

Do your presets work on all skin tones?

Yes! Our presets are tested and designed to work with skin tones across a broad spectrum.

If I get a new laptop or phone will I have to buy the presets again?

Nope, you have access to the download link forever once you've purchased them! If you lose the link just send us an email at contact@lomacolor.com with your name or order number and we'll resend them!

Do you accept refunds?

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not accept refunds. However, for situations like accidental duplicate orders, you can feel free to reach out to us and we'll get it solved for you.

Do your presets work in Lightroom Mobile?

Yes, they will work in Lightroom Mobile, but you'll need a Creative Cloud account to use them. Simply import the presets into Lightroom CC, then sync them with your mobile device. 

What file types are supported?

All image file types are supported, but the presets are designed to work best with RAW files. Applying them to JPEGs or other compressed formats may result in lower quality.
